🏢 Club Partners
Who can become a Club Partner?+
Any flying club, flight school, or FBO with at least one active aircraft or student membership base.
How does my club get paid?+
Monthly bank transfer (SEPA) to your club's account, with an itemised statement. Minimum payout €50.
What counts as a qualifying booking?+
Any booking made by a member who reached Aviobase through your club's page or referral link, within 12 months of their first visit.
Do my members need to list aircraft through our page?+
No — but any member who lists an aircraft after coming through your club page also generates partner earnings when that aircraft is booked.
Is there a cost to join?+
No. Completely free, no minimum volume required.
Can we promote Aviobase in our club newsletter?+
Yes — we provide a ready-made email template, social assets, and a short member explainer you can use immediately.

Who can become an Ambassador?+
Any Aviobase user in good standing — pilot, instructor, club committee member, or aviation enthusiast.
How long do I earn after a referral?+
For 12 months from the date your referral completes their first booking or listing. Earnings taper over time: 100% in months 1–3, 75% in months 4–6, 50% in months 7–12.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?+
No limit.
When and how do I get paid?+
Monthly payout via Stripe to your bank account. Minimum payout €25.
Do I earn if someone I refer lists an aircraft?+
Yes — you earn a share of every booking made on their listed aircraft for 12 months.
What's the difference between an Ambassador and a Club Partner?+
Club Partners represent an organisation and earn into a club account. Ambassadors are individuals earning into a personal account. You can be both.
